I have learnt so much from Aimie over these last few months. I used to dread the weights section, now it doesn't phase me. I feel confident to carry on with the tips/guidance she's given me and the habits l've built. Aimie put so much time and energy into her clients and it's clear she truly want the best for them. From building programmes exactly for my goals (I.e. killing my glutes), pushing me hard in my sessions and just being there whenever I needed my head screwed on! I would recommend her to anyone.
I came to Aimie hating myself. Working with her completely changed my life so I now have the education to never allow myself to slip back into those ways again! Sessions were challenging because Aimie pushed me and it made me feel soooo good about my ability. Whenever I didn't feel well/wasn't 100% then she would also take that into consideration so l never felt the need to cancel if I wasn't feeling great because she listened to me. Having Aimie on my side while trying to push myself to achieve something I always wanted to made everything so much easier with accountability (and not in a scary way lol)
